1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Moon Quran Academy website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Moon Quran Academy provides online Quran learning classes, including but not limited to Quran reading, memorization, Tajweed, and Islamic studies for children and adults.

3. Registration & Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Parents/guardians must register on behalf of children under 13.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and enrollment information you provide is accurate.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made in advance, on a monthly or course basis.
• Refunds are not offered once the month or course has begun, except in exceptional cases.
• You may cancel future classes anytime by informing our admin team.

5. Free Trial Policy

Moon Quran Academy offers up to 3 free trial classes for new students. After the trial period, you can choose whether to continue with paid lessons.

6. Student Conduct

• Students must attend classes on time and respect tutors.
• Disruptive behavior or inappropriate language is not tolerated.
• Consistent absence without prior notice may result in termination of service.

7. Tutor Conduct

All tutors at Moon Quran Academy are trained to conduct sessions professionally and respectfully. If you face any concerns regarding a tutor’s behavior, please report it immediately.

8. Schedule & Rescheduling

• Students may request to change their class time with 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed classes without notice may not be rescheduled.
• Moon Quran Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules based on tutor availability.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Moon Quran Academy’s website, including text, graphics, and videos, is the property of Moon Quran Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Moon Quran Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
